Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou informačních toků ve vybraném podniku. Věnuje se analýze jednotlivých toků informací, jejich zhodnocení a případně nástinu opatření, která by společnosti mohla napomoci vybrané informační toky zjednodušit. První část bakalářské práce uvádí základní teoretická východiska tématu, jedná se především o vysvětlení pojmů data, informace, znalost, informační tok a informační systém. Dále je představen nástroj diagramu datových toků a problematika zpracování osobních údajů. Druhá část práce je věnována problematice informačních toků ve společnosti H2 Events, s.r.o. V jejím úvodu je představen předmět podnikání společnosti a charakterizovány tři druhy informací, které společností protékají. Následně je provedena analýza vybraných informačních toků ve společnosti H2 Events, s.r.o. V závěrečné části jsou jednotlivé informační toky zhodnoceny a jsou nastíněny možné návrhy na případné zjednodušení vybraných informačních toků.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of information flows in the selected company. It is focused on the analysis of the individual information flows, their evaluation and the outline of the measures that could help the company to simplify the selected information flows. The first part of the thesis provides the basic theoretical basis of the theme, especially these are data, information, knowledge, information flow and information systém. Afterwards the method of Data Flow Diagram is presented and also the issue of processing of personal data. The second part is dedicated to the information flows in H2 Events, s.r.o. In its introduction is introduced the scope of business and three types of information flowing through the company. Furthermore the thesis focuses on the analysis of the selected information flows in H2 Events, s.r.o. In the final part, individual information flows are evaluated and the suggestions for possible simplification of selected information flows are outlined.
