Educational Values in Contemporary Czech Family from the Point of View of the Conventional Mothers under the Age of Thirty-five

Abstract:

Tématem této magisterské diplomové práce studenta oboru Sociální pedagogika a poradenství Filozofické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity v Brně jsou Výchovné hodnoty v současné české rodině z pohledu matek klasických rodin do 35 let života. Cílem této práce je pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu odhalit sociální konstrukt reality zvané výchovné hodnoty. Práce má dvě nadále členěné hlavní části. Krom toho ještě v samotném úvodu je zmíněn filosofický přístup k dané problematice. Jedna z hlavních částí je teorie, která reflektuje dané téma z pohledu sociologie rodiny a výchovy, sociální pedagogiky a pedagogiky. Empirická část představuje výsledky kvalitativní analýzy dat na základě rozhovorů s matkami klasických rodin do 35 let. V závěru práce nechybí ani samotná diskuse a výstupy z výzkumu v komparací s nastudovanou literaturou.

Abstract:

The author of this diploma thesis is the student of the programme Social and Paedagogical Counselling of the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, Brno. The theme of this diploma thesis is Educational Values in Contemporary Czech Family from the Point of View of the Conventional Mothers under the Age of Thirty-five. The aim of this thesis is to find out the social construct of the reality called the pedagogical values, using the means of qualitative research. The thesis consists of two main parts. In addition, the philosophical background to the researched field is mentioned in the introduction. The theoretical part is one of the most important parts of this thesis as it reflects the theme from the following points of view: sociology of the family and education, social pedagogy, and pedagogy. The empirical part introduces the results of the qualitative analysis and this part is based on the interviews with the mothers of the contemporary family to the age of thirty-five. In conclusion, the discussion and the results from the research are compared with the studied literature.
