Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce "Moderní metody managementu v organizaci veřejné správy" se zaměřuje na současný stav a potřebné implementace moderních metod managementu do organizace veřejné správy. Hlavním cílem práce je přehledně analyzovat současně používané metody managementu v organizaci veřejné správy. Práce charakterizuje management, veřejnou správu a moderní management a jeho metody. Teoretická část sestává z analýzy informací z oblasti veřejné správy a managementu. Následně navazuje praktická část charakteristikou a analýzou vybrané organizace veřejné správy z hlediska moderních metod managementu. Na základě výzkumu jsou určeny nedostatky ve vybrané organizaci veřejné správy a jsou navrženy konkrétní možnosti a metody k jejich odstranění.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis "Modern Methods of Management in Public Administration Organization" focuses on the current state and the necessary implementation of modern management methods in the organization of public administration. The main purpose of the thesis is to analyze the currently used methods of management in the organization of public administration. The thesis characterizes management, public administration and modern management and its methods. The theoretical part consists of analysis of information from the area of public administration and management. It is followed by the practical part of the characteristics and analysis of selected public administration organization from the perspective of modern management methods. Based on the research, shortcomings are identified in the selected public administration organization and specific options and methods for their removal are proposed.
