Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce "Elektronické komunikační a distribuční kanály a jejich využití českými bankami" je seznámit čtenáře s moderním trendem současného bankovního sektoru -- s elektronickým bankovnictvím neboli e-bankingem. V své práci se zaměřím na celkovou charakteristiku elektronického bankovnictví, dále popíšu jednotlivé formy elektronických komunikačních kanálů, prostřednictvím kterých může klient komunikovat s bankou a ovládat své účty na dálku. Pozornost bude věnována i současné nabídce produktů e-bankingu, jež jsou poskytovány třemi největšími finančními institucemi v České republice.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis "Electronic communication and distribution channels and their usage by Czech banks" is to acquaint to the readers with the modern trend of the contemporary banking sector - with electronic banking or e-banking. In my work I will focus on the overall characteristics of electronic banking and I will describe the various forms of electronic communication channels through which client can communicate with the bank and control their accounts remotely. Attention will be given to the current selections of e-banking, which are provided by the three largest financial institutions in the Czech Republic.
