Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Efektivita procesů ve vybrané organizaci“ je návrh úpravy vybraného procesu v organizaci na základě procesní analýzy. Teoretická část je úvodem do problematiky zlepšování procesů a vysvětluje, proč je nutné procesy optimalizovat. Praktická část se věnuje provedení analýzy a návrhu optimalizace pomocí metod zlepšování procesů. Na závěr je navržená úprava vyhodnocena.

The goal of the bachelor thesis "Effectiveness of processes in the selected organization" is the proposal of modification of the selected process in the organization based on the process analysis.
