Abstract:
Pozemkový fond ČR je instituce mající svérázný ráz, svého druhu tj. instituce sui generis. Byl zřízen zákonem na přechodnou dobu, jako tzv. „fond přechodného období“. Je právnickou osobou zapisující se do obchodního rejstříku. Tento zápis má pouze deklaratorní podobu. The land fund of the Czech Republic is institution having specific nature, which means institution sui generis. It was established by law for a limited period of time. It is a legal entity recorded in the register of companies. This record is only declaratory.
