Anotace:

Diplomová práce pojednává o významu supervize v pomáhajících profesích a možnými přínosy při jejím zavedení u Policie České republiky. První část diplomové práce nám představí supervizi, její význam a přínosy, pomáhající profese, syndrom vyhoření, Policii České republiky, Územní odbor Policie České republiky Opava a možné přínosy vyplývající ze zavedení supervize u Policie České republiky. Praktická část se pak bude zabývat zjištění o informovanosti vedení Územního odboru Opava a jednotlivých policistů o supervizi a dále vnímání potřeby supervize v rámci Policie České republiky.

Abstract:

The importance of supervision in the Police of the Czech Republic, on the example of the territorial department of the Police of the Czech Republic Opava. The first part of the thesis presents us with the supervision, its significance and benefits, helping professions, burnout syndrome, The Police of the Czech Republic, The Territorial Department of the Police of the Czech Republic Opava and the possible benefits arising from the introduction of supervising the Police of the Czech Republic. The practical part will then deal with the findings on the awareness of the management of the Territorial Department of Opava and individual police officers about the supervision and the perception of the need for supervision within the Police of the Czech Republic.
