Nucleation in thin layer of (GeS\dindex{2})\dindex{0,9}(Sb\dindex{2}S\dindex{3})\dindex{0,1}

Abstract:

Tématem této práce je studium rychlosti nukleace skel systému (GeS\dindex{2})\dindex{0,9}(Sb\dindex{2}S\dindex{3})\dindex{0,1} a zkoumání vlivu stárnutí vrstev na rychlost nukleace. Růst krystalů v tenké vrstvě byl sledován metodou optické mikroskopie. Vzorky byly připraveny izotermní temperací. Z naměřených dat byly určeny počty krystalů při teplotě nukleace v závislosti na čase nukleace a následně vyhodnoceny rychlosti nukleace v závislosti na stárnutí vrstvy, které byly porovnány s publikovanými hodnotami rychlosti nukleace.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is a study of the rate of nucleation of glass systems (GeS\dindex{2})\dindex{0,9}(Sb\dindex{2}S\dindex{3})\dindex{0,1} and examination of the influence of aging of layers on the rate of nucleation. The crystal growth in the thin layer was observed by optical microscopy. Samples were prepared by isothermal annealing. The number of crystals at a temperature of nucleation depending on the time of nucleation was determined by the measured data. Subsequently the nucleation rate depending on the aging of the layers was evaluated and compared with published values of the nucleation rate.
