Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou partnerských vztahů u lidí se schizofrenií. Tato práce je členěna do dvou částí, a to na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V teoretické části se můžeme seznámit s pojmem duševního onemocnění - schizofrenie od historie až po současnost. Uvedeny jsou zde předpoklady vzniku schizofrenie, její projevy a průběh, příznaky onemocnění rozdělené na poruchy kognitivních funkcí a vymezením dalších poruch vztahujících se k tomuto onemocnění. Dále se zde můžete seznámit s typy schizofrenie členěnými dle mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí (MKN 10), diagnostikou, druhy léčby, její fáze i terapie, též je zde zmíněna i péče o lidi se schizofrenií. Popsán je zde i partnerský vztah a s tím související etapy. Empirická část představuje kvalitativní výzkumný design s využitím metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkum se zabývá hlavní výzkumnou otázkou, která zní: Jakým způsobem ovlivňuje duševní onemocnění partnerský vztah? Výsledkem výzkumu bylo zjištění, že schizofrenie negativně ovlivňuje partnerské vztahy.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of partner relationships in people with schizophrenia. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a research part. In the theoretical part we can get acquainted with the concept of mental illness - schizophrenia from history to the present. The prerequisites of the onset of schizophrenia, its manifestations and course, symptoms of the disease divided into cognitive disorders and the definition of other disorders related to this disease are presented. You can also learn about the types of schizophrenia according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD 10), diagnosis, types of treatment, its stages and therapy, and care for people with schizophrenia. The partner relationship and its stages are also described. The empirical part presents a qualitative research design using the method of semi-structured interviews. The research addresses the main research question which is: In what ways does mental illness affect the partner relationship? Research has found that schizophrenia negatively affects partner relationships
