Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou velkého podniku ProfiFP a mateřské společnosti OVB Allfinanz, a.s. Popisuje teoretické znalosti, které jsou použity v praktické části práce. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the large enterprise ProfiFP and its parent company OVB Allfinanz, a.s. It describes theoretical knowledge used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis is formed through PESTE analysis, McKinsey's 7S model, Porter's analysis, a questionnaire on information technologies used in the company, and finally SWOT analysis.
