Cílem práce je popis právní úpravy problematiky zástavního práva k cenným papírům, jeho vzniku, uplatnění a zániku a současně aplikace zástavního práva k cenným papírům v bankovní praxi. Součástí práce je i rámcové porovnání vybraných bankovních domů a zejména jejich podmínek pro využití cenných papírů jako zajišťovacího prostředku. The aim of the thesis is the description of the legal regulation of mortgage right to stocks and shares, its origins, assertion and termination, as well as the adoption of the mortgage right to stocks and shares in a bank practice.
