Komparace postoje ke zdravému životnímu stylu mladých dospělých a starších dospělých v České republice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce bude rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části práce bude poskytnout přehled o problematice zdravého životního stylu. Budou zde uvedeny a popsány faktory podporující, ale naopak i faktory poškozující zdravý životní styl. Dále představím i holistické pojetí zdraví. Cílem praktické části bude analýza a komparace postoje k životnímu stylu respondentů dvou věkových kategorií, a to mladých dospělých a starších dospělých. Výzkumné šetření bude provedeno na základě kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníku se zaměřením na zdravý životní styl. Zaměřím se na každodenní návyky respondentů týkající se spánkové hygieny, stravování, zařazování pohybových aktivit, pitného režimu, pobytu v přírodě, péče o psychické zdraví (meditace apod.), dále i konzumace drog (např. alkoholu, nikotinu v různých formách apod.). V dotazníku nebude chybět ani otázka na typ zaměstnání či studia (sedavé, aktivní apod.) nebo dotaz týkající se míry každodenního stresu. Věková hranice respondentů se bude pohybovat v rozmezí 20-30 let a 45-60 let.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis will be divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis will aim to provide an overview of the issue of a healthy lifestyle. Factors that support, but also factors that harm a healthy lifestyle, will be listed and described here. I will also present a holistic concept of health. The practical part will aim to analyze and compare the attitude toward the lifestyle of respondents of two age categories, namely young adults and older adults. The research will be carried out on the basis of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire focusing on a healthy lifestyle. I will focus on the respondents' daily habits regarding sleep hygiene, eating, physical activity, drinking regime, spending time in nature, mental health care (meditation, etc.), as well as drug consumption (e.g. alcohol, nicotine in various forms, etc.). The questionnaire will also include a question about the type of job or study (sedentary, active, etc.) or a question about the level of daily stress. The age limit of the respondents will be between 20-30 years and 45-60 years.
