Tato práce si dává za cíl zjistit, zda existuje souvislost mezi mírou self-efficacy a mírou morálního distresu u školních psychologů. V teoretické části mapujeme charakteristiky oboru školní psychologie, náplň práce školního psychologa a eticky náročné situace, se kterými se školní psychologové setkávají. This theses aims to find out whether a relationship between self-efficacy and moral distress among school psychologists exists. In the theoretical part we describe the characteristics of school psychology discipline, the profession of school psychologist and the ethically challenging situations he can encounter.
