Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá mentoringem v průběhu adaptace zaměstnance. V teoretické části je popsána adaptace a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Praktická část představuje firmu Retail Fashion s.r.o. a popisuje procesy vzdělávání a adaptace v této společnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with a mentoring during an employee adaptation. The adaptation and the employee education are described in the theoretical part.
