Happiness management in the context of employee satisfaction

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vytvoření manuálu pro firmy, kde se uvažuje o využití systému happiness managementu nebo o vytvoření pozice happiness managera. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na dvě hlavní oblasti. První oblastí je spokojenost zaměstnanců, kde je analyzována problematika faktorů ovlivňujících spokojenost zaměstnanců a vztah mezi spokojeností a motivací zaměstnanců. Druhá oblast se zabývá štěstím a happiness managementem. Velice podrobně jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze tohoto systému, zásady řízení, a taktéž důsledky zavedení tohoto systému do řízení firmy jako takové. Praktická část ve formě kvantitativního výzkumu zkoumá a popisuje konkrétní výsledky průzkumu v oslovených firmách. Na základě informací získaných z dotazníkového šetření anonymních firem působících na českém trhu práce, jež jsou následně analyzovány a shrnuty zásadní poznatky, je sestaven návrh manuálu pro firmy, která nastíní postupy pro zajištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců a tím ovlivní efektivitu a produktivitu jejich činnosti.

Abstract:

The purpose of this work is to create a manual for companies where the use of happiness management is considered or about creating a happiness manager position. The theoretical part of the work is focused on two main areas. The first area is the satisfaction of employees, where the issue of factors influencing satisfaction is analyzed. The relationship between employee satisfaction and motivation. The second area deals with happiness and happiness management. The individual ones are described in great detail. phases of this system, the principles of management, as well as the consequences of management in the company as such. The practical part in the form of quantitative research examines. It describes the specific results of the survey in the addressed companies. Based on information which was obtained from a questionnaire survey of anonymous companies operating in the Czech market. The data are then analyzed and summarized. A manual for companies, which outlines procedures for ensuring employee satisfaction and thus affect the efficiency and productivity of their activities is given.
