Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou interpersonálních charakteristik zjišťovaných prostřednictvím Dotazníku interpersonální diagnózy ICL u klientů s drogovou závislostí v léčbě v terapeutické komunitě ve srovnání se zdravými dobrovolníky.V teoretické části autorka shrnuje typologii drog, mechanismus jejich účinku, zabývá se drogovou závislostí a jejími typy, etiopatogenezí a faktory, u kterých se předpokládá vliv na vznik a rozvinutí drogové závislosti, věnuje se otázce rizik spojených s užíváním drog včetně problematiky relapsu a shrnuje možnosti a meze léčby osob drogově závislých s důrazem na specifika léčby v terapeutické komunitě. Cílem výzkumné části práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda u klientů v léčbě v terapeutické komunitě existují statisticky významné rozdíly v interpersonálních charakteristikách zjištěných prostřednictvím Dotazníku interpersonální diagnózy ve srovnání se zdravými dobrovolníky. Tyto rozdíly se ukázaly být statisticky významné u některých dimenzí.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to find out specificity of interpersonal dimensions of clients in drug dependence treatment in comparison to healthy volunteers measured by Interpersonal Check List (ICL) questionnaire. In the theoretical section are briefly summarised typology of drugs, mechanism of its effects, drug dependences and its types, etiopathogenesis, elements which are supposed to have influence on beginning and development of drug dependences, risks involved when using drugs and relapse problems. This section is also concerned with drug addiction treatment and its possibilities and limitations with special emphasis on particularity of treatment in therapeutic community. The empirical section of this work is aimed at the question if there are any statistical significant differences in interpersonal dimensions (measured by ICL) between the test group of clients from therapeutic community and the control group of healthy volunteers. The differences proved to be statistical significant in some dimensions.
