Cadastre and Cadastre Administration in Relation with Taxes
Abstract:
Cílem mé práce bude přiblížit postavení katastru jako komplexního informačního systému o nemovitostech a o právních vztazích, které se k nim váží a vztah této evidence k daním, v tomto případě daním majetkovým, dani z nemovitostí, dani z převodu nemovitostí a dani darovací a dědické, s odkazem na historický základ "pozemkových katastrů" sloužících k daňovým a poplatkovým účelům.
Abstract:
The objective is to introduce the role of cadastre office as a complex informational system of real-estate and its legal relationships,that are attached to it in relation to the register of taxes, especially pertaining to property tax, Stamp Duty Land Tax, Inheritance and gift tax with reference to the historical principles of the "land cadastre" and its relationship to taxes and fees.
