Sugar from the viewpoint of dietician

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „Cukr z pohledu nutričního terapeuta“ se zabývá problematikou cukru – vysvětlením rozdílu mezi sacharidy a cukry, dále jeho historií, výrobou, spotřebou. Je zde objasněna problematika cukru ve výživě, cukru a zdraví a mýtů o cukru. Praktická část je hodnocena pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kdy bylo zkoumáno povědomí dospělé populace o mýtech o cukru a následně byla zjišťována osobní spotřeba a frekvence použití cukru u respondenta.

Abstract:

The thesis „Sugar from the perspective of dietitian“ deals with the issues of sugar – explanation of the difference between carbohydrates and sugars, history of sugar, production of sugar and consumption of sugar. There are explained issues of sugar in the diet, sugar and health and myths about sugar. The practical part is evaluated by using a questionnaire survey, when was examined adults awareness of myths about sugar and after that was investigating a personal consumption and frequency of using sugar by the respondent.
