Závěrečná práce je věnována nalezení cílů při hledání odpovědí na otázku, jaká trestní odpovědnost je spojená s protiprávním jednáním statutárních orgánů obchodních korporací v situaci, kdy je předlužena. Mimo jiné je zde věnována značná pozornost samotným povinnostem statutárních orgánů, díky kterým se poté zaměřuji na jejich porušení. My Bachelor’s Thesis deals with the identification of goals in addressing the issue of criminal liability associated with unlawful acts of statutory bodies of business corporations where these are overindebted.
