V diplomové práci jsem se zabývala chováním standardního proteinu p53 (wtp53) a jeho mutantních forem (mtp53) u několika typů nádorových linií. Wtp53 je významný nádorový supresor, který bývá mutován ve více než 50 % případů nádorů. Abstract:
In my work I deal with the behavior of wild type protein p53 (wtp53) and its mutant forms (mtp53) in several types of cancer cell lines. Wtp53 is an important tumor suppressor that is mutated in over 50 % of tumors. In my work I focused mainly on the study of the most frequent contact and conformational mutant variants of p53 protein.
