Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vyhledávání pyrotechnických stop na místě činu a jejich následné vyhodnocení pomocí znaleckých pracovišť, s důrazem na činnost Pyrotechnické služby Policie České republiky. Pyrotechnické stopy představují klíčový prvek forenzního vyšetřování, zejména v oblasti kriminalistické pyrotechniky a vyšetřování úmyslných činů. Cílem této práce je detailně popsat některé z různých metod a technologií pro detekci pyrotechnických stop znaleckých pracovišť, včetně jejich technických aspektů a aplikací. Důraz je kladen na zkoumání účinnosti a spolehlivosti těchto zařízení při identifikaci a sběru důkazů na místě činu. Výsledkem práce je poskytnutí komplexního pohledu na aktuální technologické možnosti v oblasti detekce pyrotechnických stop a jejich využití ve forenzním prostředí, což může přispět k efektivnějšímu vyšetřování a soudnímu procesu.

Abstract:

This master´s thesis focuses on the search for pyrotechnic traces at the crime scene and their subsequent evaluation with the help of expert workplaces, with an emphasis on the activities of the Pyrotechnic Service of the Police of the Czech Republic. Pyrotechnic traces are a key element of forensic investigations, especially in the field of forensic pyrotechnics and the investigation of intentional acts. The aim of this work is to describe in detail various methods and technologies for the detection of pyrotechnic traces, including their technical aspects and applications. Emphasis is placed on examining the effectiveness and reliability of these devices in crime scene identification and evidence collection. The result of the work is the provision of a comprehensive view of the current technological possibilities in the field of detection of pyrotechnic traces and their use in a forensic environment, which can contribute to a more effective investigation and judicial process.
