Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Management nadnárodní společnosti v mezinárodním prostředí“ je perspektivní popis vzniku nadnárodní společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje současné přístupy a doporučení v oblasti organizační struktury, správy a interkulturních rozdílů. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh celé nadnárodní společnosti a jsou zde uplatněny poznatky získané v teoretické části. Cílem práce je navrhnout formu vstupu, oblasti působení, organizační strukturu, Corporate Governance a upozornit na možné kulturní rozdíly v jednotlivých fázích dospívání.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Management of the MNC in the international management“ is perspective description of the MNC´s formation. The theoretical part consist of the current approaches and main recommendation in the area of organizational structure, Corporate Governance and intercultural differences. The practical part is focused on designing the MNC and knowledge gained from theroretical part are applied. The main objective is to design form of entry, areas of operation, organizational structure, Corporate Governance and to draw attention to any possible cultural differences in the individual stages of company´s maturation.
