Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání antioxidační kapacity tří populárních značek energetických nápojů - Red Bull, Monster a Big Shock - při různých teplotních podmínkách (50 a 70 °C, -18 °C) a časových intervalech (10, 30, 60 a 360 min.). Cílem práce bylo porovnat schopnost těchto nápojů neutralizovat volné radikály pomocí analytických metod DPPH, ABTS, FRAP a CUPRAC. Výsledky ukázaly, že …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the examination of the antioxidant capacity of three popular energy drink brands - Red Bull, Monster, and Big Shock - under various temperature conditions and time intervals. The aim of the study was to compare the ability of these drinks to neutralize free radicals using analytical methods DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, and CUPRAC.
