Abstract:
V rámci této bakalářské práce jsme se seznámili s tématem agenturního zaměstnávání a ochranou zaměstnance. Vymezili jsme si pojem pracovního práva, druhy pracovněprávních vztahů a subjekty v těchto vztazích. Dále jsme si popsali formu agenturního zaměstnávání, fungování agentur práce a způsoby ochrany zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
In the framework of this bachelor thesis we have been introduced to the topic of agency employment and employee protection. We have defined the concept of labour law, types of labour relations and subjects in these relations. Furthermore, we have described the form of agency employment, the functioning of employment agencies and the methods of employee protection.
