Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je analýza a hodnocení dodavatelských vztahů firmy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy k dané tématice práce. Praktická část obsahuje představení firmy Hakus a.s., mapuje trh s danou komoditou a dále proces strategického nákupu. Následně pak analyzuje současné vztahy s klíčovými dodavateli. The main topic of my thesis is an analysis and evaluation of suppliers‘ relationships of a company. Theoretical part describes key concepts of the main theme. Practical part contains introduction of the company Hakus a.s., mapping of the market with the given commodity and a proces of a strategic purchase.
