Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavením vlivné osoby dle zákona č. 90/2012 Sb., o obchodních korporacích. Ovlivnění bylo do právního řádu nově zavedeno k 1. 1. 2014, kam se řadí spolu s ovládáním a koncernem pod skupinu podnikatelských seskupení. Abstract:
This thesis describes the influential person according to Business Corporations Act. Interference was newly introduced on 1st January 2014, where it belongs with control and group of companies. A lot of problems arise because of it. The objective of this thesis is to solve these problems and to find and suggest solutions of other deficiencies.
