Tato práce se zabývá českými překlady čtyř esejí od C. S. Lewise. Eseje pocházejí ze čtyř různých Lewisových knih esejí a každá z nich je do češtiny přeložena jiným překladatelem. Práce si klade za cíl analýzu a následné zhodnocení a porovnání kvality daných překladů. The aim of this thesis resides in analyzing and a subsequent quality assessment and comparison of four Czech translations of C. S. Lewis’s essays. The essays are taken from four books of essays rendered by four different translators.
