Burnout level in individuals involved in a voluntary isolation experiment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o vlivu pobytu v prostředí s omezenou zevní stimulací na úroveň míry vyhoření. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část podává základní informace o syndromu vyhoření. Zabývá se základními definicemi, historií, příznaky, vývojem, prevencí a léčbou. Obsahuje také základní informace ohledně terapie tmou, která vyplývá z varianty chamber REST. Výzkumná část je zaměřená na respondenty pozorované před, během a po ukončení pobytu ve tmě. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je analýza změn v míře vyhoření u jedinců pomocí experimentální studie založené na testretestovém posuzování.

Abstract:

The bachelor's work discusses the effect of staying in an environment with limited external stimulation to the level of burn-out rates. The work is divided into theoretical and research sections. The theoretical part describes the basic information about burn-out syndrome. It deals with basic definitions, history, symptoms, development, prevention and treatment. The theoretical part also contains basic information about dark therapy, which results from the variant of chamber REST. The research section is aimed at respondents who are observed before, during and after their stay. A major part of the research is to detect changes in burn-out rates in individuals using an experimental trial based on test-retest assessment.
