Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou molekulárně-biologického stanovení HLA znaků asociovaných s celiakií a jeho významem při diagnostice celiakie. This bachelor thesis deals with the molecular-biological determination of HLA characters related to celiac disease and its significance in the diagnosis of celiac disease. The work is divided into two thematic parts. In the first part I describe the pathophysiology of celiac disease, its clinical manifestations, complications and diagnostic methods.
