Approximative Algorithms for Minimum Vertex Cover Problem
Abstract:
Práce podává přehled existujících 2-aproximativních algoritmů pro řešení vážené i nevážené varianty problému minimálního vrcholového pokrytí. Efektivita a účinnost algoritmů je vzájemně porovnána a experimentálně analyzována na různých typech grafů. Součástí práce je tedy i implementace generátorů grafů a sada vygenerovaných instancí použitelná pro testování grafových algoritmů.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with various 2-approximate algorithms for unicost and weighted minimal vertex cover problem. Effectivness of algorithms is experimentaly tested and compared on several types of graphs. Graphs, graphs generators and tools for automated testing is attached.
