Budgetary Allocation of Taxes to Municipalities
Abstract:
Daňové příjmy obcí tvoří více než 50 % příjmů obecních rozpočtů. Cílem práce je deskripce principu rozpočtového určení daní, určení problematických oblastí a analýza dopadu změn daňových zákonů na daňové příjmy obcí. Financování obcí je řešeno jak z pohledu teoretického, tak i z pohledu praktického.
Abstract:
Fiscal revenues create more than 50 % of municipal budgets. The aim of this thesis is to describe a budget principle of tax determination, to determine problem sectors and to analyse the impact of changes of tax laws to fiscal revenues of municipalities. The problem of the financing of the municipalities is handled both from a theoretical and practical point of view.
