Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na roli neformálně pečujících při poskytování domácí zdravotní péče v regionu Vysočina. Teoretická část představuje aktuální stav zkoumaného tématu a poskytuje analýzu teoretických, empirických a metodologických východisek pro porozumění výzkumné části předložené práce. Jednotlivé kapitoly se věnují klíčovým aspektům domácí zdravotní péče a neformálně pečujícím. Výzkumná část vychází z teoretických poznatků a využívá kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii. Cílem práce je analyzovat konkrétní oblasti této péče, včetně motivace pečujících, jejich vztahu k pacientovi, nároků spojených s péčí a spolupráce s profesionály v oblasti domácí zdravotní péče. Domácí zdravotní péče má zásadní význam pro zlepšení kvality života pacientů, poskytuje nezbytnou podporu pečujícím a pomáhá překonávat zdravotní a emocionální obtíže. Rovněž přispívá k pocitu bezpečí a stability jak pro pečující, tak pro pacienty. Tato práce poskytuje důležité informace pro zlepšení podpory neformálních pečovatelů a přispívá k dalšímu rozvoji politiky a praxe v oblasti domácí zdravotní péče.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the role of informal caregivers in providing home health care in the Vysočina region. The theoretical part presents the current state of the research topic and provides an analysis of theoretical, empirical and methodological foundations for understanding the research part of the presented work. Individual chapters are devoted to key aspects of home health care and informal caregivers. The research part is based on theoretical knowledge and uses a qualitative research strategy. The aim of the thesis is to analyze specific areas of this care, including the motivation of caregivers, their relationship to the patient, the demands associated with care and cooperation with professionals in the field of home health care. Home health care is of fundamental importance for improving the quality of life of patients, provides necessary support to caregivers and helps overcome health and emotional difficulties. It also contributes to a sense of security and stability for both caregivers and patients. This work provides important information for improving support for informal caregivers and contributes to the further development of policy and practice in the field of home health care.
