Abstract:
Práce představuje ucelený historickoprávní rozbor institutu ústavního dozoru v SSSR. Podrobně se zabývá právní povahou sovětského modelu ústavního dozoru, jeho charakteristickými rysy a fungováním od úsvitu sovětského Ruska až do rozpadu SSSR.
Abstract:
The treatise deals with thorough analysis of the historical development of the constitutional supervision in the USSR and its legal nature, covering more than 70 years of its appearance and functioning within the Soviet legal system.
