Monoklonální gamapatie je onemocnění, které je charakterizováno proliferací B-lymfocytu s vyzráváním v plazmatické buňky, které produkují monoklonální imunoglobulin - paraprotein nebo jeho fragmenty lehké nebo těžké řetězce. Monoclonal gammapathy is a disease that is characterized by proliferation of B-cells with plasma cell becomes mature in that produce monoclonal immunoglobulin - paraprotein or fragments of light or heavy chains.
