Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá bojem proti terorismu, především pak trestněprávními aspekty a jejich dopadem na tento boj, je zde popsán vývoj terorismu, rozdělený do několika historických etap, dále jsou popsány nástroje Evropské unie a České republiky pro boj proti terorismu, bakalářská práce je zakončena úvahami o možných protiteroristických opatřeních.

The bachelor thesis deals with fight against terorism, emphasis criminal law aspects and theirs impact on this fihgt, in this thesis there is description of the evolution of terorism, which is devided in several historical periods, it continues with description of European union's law devices and Czech republic's devices in the fight againts the terorism, it ends with consideration about possible antiterorism …more
