Abstract:
V diplomové práci jsem se snažila analyzovat, jakým způsobem funguje mezioborová týmová spolupráce při následné péči o seniory po zlomenině krčku stehenní kosti na oddělení ošetřovatelské péče v nemocnici Třinec, z pohledu zaměstnanců nemocnice tak i pacientů oddělení ošetřovatelské péče.
Abstract:
In my thesis, I have tried to analyse how interdisciplinary teamwork works on the subsequent care of the elderly after a fracture of the femur neck at the Department of Nursing care in Třinec Hospital, from the perspective of the hospital employee and the patient Department of Nursing Care.
