Spokojenost zákazníků ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjišťováním spokojenosti zákazníků ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu X v oblasti organizování svatebních obřadů. Ke zjištění spokojenosti bylo použito několik různých metod určených ke sběru dat, bylo pracováno s výběrovým vzorkem respondentů. Bachelor thesis is focused on determining customer satisfaction in a chosen business entity in the field of wedding ceremonies.
