Předmětem diplomové práce je trestná činnost páchaná na dětech, která patří k nejzávažnějším deliktům. Jedná se o tzv. latentní kriminalitu, jejíž odhalování a vyšetřování je velmi obtížné. The subject of this thesis is crimes against children - one of the most serious offenses. These crimes belong to a subset of latent crimes, whose detection and investigation is known to be very difficult.
