Energy management in a selected enterprise

Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje fungování energetického managementu ve vybraném podniku. Zabývá se problematikou řízení energetického managementu (jeho význam, role energetického manažera, norma ISO 50001, energetický audit) a definicí energetického managementu. Práce využívá zejména metody rešerše, nestrukturovaný rozhovor, dotazník a benchmarking. Cílem práce je popsat fungování energetického managementu v konkrétním podniku, odhalit nedostatky systému pro řízení energetického managementu a navrhnout jeho možná zlepšení. Práce odhaluje ne-dostatky v oblasti EnMS zejména v absenci dálkové správy budov, aktuálního přehledu o spotřebách energií a komunikaci směrem k zaměstnancům. V oblasti společenské odpovědnosti je firma velmi silná, nicméně jejím stěžejním problémem je absence zodpovědné osoby, která by veškeré projekty koordinovala a propůjčovala jim jednotnou cestu komunikace směrem k zákazníkům.

Abstract:

The thesis describes the functioning of energy management in a selected company. It deals with the issue of energy management control (the above-importance, the role of energy manager, ISO 50001, an energy audit) and the definition of energy management. The thesis uses mainly research methods, unstructured interview, questionnaire and benchmarking. The aim of the thesis is to describe the functioning of energy management in a selected company, to reveal shortcomings of the energy management system and to propose its possible improvements. The work reveals the shortcomings in the EnMS area, especially in the absence of remote building management (BMS), the current review of energy consumption and communication to employees. In the area of social responsibility, the company is very strong, but the key problem is the absence of a responsible person who would coordinate all projects and lend them an unified path towards customers.
