Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití sociálních služeb u jedinců se sluchovým postižením. Je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část se zabývá surdopedií jako vědou, kompenzačními pomůckami obecně, dále pak možnostmi kompenzace sluchového postižení. Je představena nabídka služeb a komplexní péče o jedince se sluchovým postižením a organizace pro osoby se sluchovým postižením v Královéhradeckém kraji. Výzkumná část si klade za cíl provést výzkumné šetření kvantitativní charakteru - dotazníkové šetření (respondenty jsou klienti se sluchovým postižením). Mezi výzkumnými technikami je tedy dotazník a také analýza dokumentů. Dílčími cíli bude zjistit, jaké služby nejčastěji klienti se sluchovým postižením v rámci daných organizací využívají, kdy, proč a jak často klienti se sluchovým postižením dané služby využívají, jak vnímají současné změny v legislativě, zda využívají tlumočníka (jaké jsou možnosti a postupy objednání služby, jak často jsou služby objednávány, při jakých příležitostech je tlumočnická služba využívána) a zda klientům některé služby v Královéhradeckém kraji chybí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with social services for people with impaired hearing. It is divided into two parts – a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part describes the science dedicated to the field of education of people with impaired hearing (sometimes called surdopaedia in English), general compensation aids and possibilities to compensate the impaired hearing. Services offered and complex care for people with impaired hearing are presented, as well as organizations for people with impaired hearing in the Hradec Králové region. The research part aims at a quantitative research project – a questionnaire (the respondents are people with impaired hearing). Moreover, the analysis of documents is used as a research technique. The research aims at stating which services are used by clients with impaired hearing most often; when, why and how often these are used, how the clients perceive the legislation changes, if interpreters are used (what are ordering procedures, for which occasions interpreters are used), and if the clients miss any types of services in the Hradec Králové region.
