Cílem této práce je zmapovat hypoteční trh v České republice. Nejprve jsem se zabývala hypotékou jako takovou a následně porovnáním hypotéky s konkurenčním produktem, tedy úvěrem ze stavebního spoření. Porovnávala jsem situaci v ČR před hypoteční krizí, během krize a po hypoteční krizi. Zkoumala jsem také vývojovými trendy hypotečních úvěrů a budoucnost a vývoj hypotečního bankovnictví. Tendency this essay is map the mortgage market. At first I was put mind to morgage as such and consequently with competitive produkt then loan of building savings.
