Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá převodem modelů dynamických systémů v biologii ve formě matematické reprezentace do interakčních sítí. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány technologie pro práci s biologickými modely, zhodnocují se existující aplikace a diskutují se jejich nedostatky.
