Práce se zpočátku zabývá funkcí a strukturou veřejných financí, zaměřuje se především na státní rozpočet a dále se soustřeďuje na nejdůležitější příjmy tohoto rozpočtu, na daně z příjmů a sociální pojištění. My thesis follows up the function and the structure of the public finance at first, it is focused on the state budget especially and it concentrates on the most important incomes of this budget, on the income taxes and the social insurance.
