Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část se skládá ze čtyř kapitol, z nichž první dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány základním teoretickým východiskům, kde je na základě studia odborné literatury popsáno podnikové vzdělávání, přijímání a adaptace nových pracovníků. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first one, which is theoretical, consists of four chapters.
