Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám krizovou komunikací a vymezuji základní pojmy související s tématem. Zvládnutí krizové komunikace je věčné téma, které nabývá na svém významu v době, kdy se krize blíží a začíná ohrožovat podnik. Proto je velmi důležité, aby podniky byly na její příchod připraveny. In my diploma thesis I deal with crisis communication and describe basic names regarding of the theme. Managing the crisis communication is the eternal topic which is significant in time when the crise comes and starts to threaten the company.
