Kolektivní pracovněprávní vztahy jsou vztahy mezi subjekty, jež zastupují či reprezentují kolektivy zaměstnanců, a sdruženími zaměstnavatelů, popřípadě jednotlivými zaměstnavateli, jejichž hlavním cílem je zlepšování pracovních a mzdových podmínek zaměstnanců.
