The employees’ satisfaction of Baumann Springs s.r.o. with corporate information system

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit míru spokojenosti zaměstnanců společnosti Baumann Springs s.r.o. s informačním systémem SAP, a na základě zjištěných skutečností následná doporučení případných nedostatků vedoucí ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s tímto systémem. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretická část obsahuje popis společnosti Baumann Springs, její vznik, historií a hierarchii. Dále jsou popsány produkty a služby společnosti. Poté je popsán informační systém a závěr této části je věnován firemnímu informačnímu systému SAP. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, kde je definován cíl výzkumu, vybraná metoda a technika sběru dat. V této části je také provedena analýza dat a jejich vyhodnocení. Ke zpracování této části jsou použity data z dotazníků vyplněných zaměstnanci společnosti. V závěru této práce jsou navržena doporučení, k případným nedostatkům.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the level of satisfaction of the employees of Baumann Springs s.r.o. with the SAP information system and based on the facts and possible shortcomings, recommendations will be presented that will lead to an increase in employee satisfaction with this system. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part contains a description of Baumann Springs, its foundation, history and hierarchy. Furthermore, the company’s products and services are presented. Then the information system is described and the conclusion of this part is dedicated to the company information system SAP. The practical part focuses on the research, where the research objective, the selected method and data collection technique are defined. Data analysis and evaluation is also done in this part. Data from questionnaires completed by the company employees are used to process this part. In the conclusion of this work, recommendations are proposed to address possible shortcomings.
