Upbringing and education of children with intellectual disabilities in the environment of children

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem výchovy a vzdělávání dětí s mentálním postižením v prostředí dětského domova. Budeme zde sledovat život vybraných dětí v tomto zařízení. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o lehkém mentálním postižení, LMP v kombinaci s jinými vybranými poruchami, ochranné a ústavní péči a funkci dětského domova. Najdeme zde informace o dětech a pracovnících DD. Výzkumná část bude popisovat v rámci kvalitativního výzkumu, tři vybrané děti žijící v dětském domově. Bude zde popsáno výzkumné prostředí, zaměstnanci DD a jakými metodami jsem docílila sběru dat. Poté následují anamnézy vybraných dětí, včetně záznamů z rozhovorů jak s dětmi, tak s jejich kmenovým vychovatelem. V závěru teoretické části bude objasněno, jak probíhá život dětí, včetně výchovy a vzdělávání, v dětských domovech.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with topic of upbringing and education of children with mental disabilities in surroundings of children's home. We'll follow the lives of selected children in this facility here. Theoretic part is summing up informations about mild intellectual disability, MID together with other chosen disorders, protective and institutional care and function of children's home. We can find here information of children and employees from children's home. Exploratory part will discribe in scope of qualitative research three selected children lived in children's home. It'll be discribed here exploratory surrounding, employees from children's home and methods used for data collection. Then coming up anamnesis of chosen children including notes from conversations both with children and with their elemental carer. The conclusion of the theoretical part, the lives of children in children's home, including upbringing and education, will be explained.
