Diplomová práce se věnuje studiu vlivu deuterované vody na fluorescenci a separaci vybraných derivátů anthrachinonu pomocí kapilární elektroforézy s laserem indukovanou fluorescenční detekcí. This diploma thesis deals with the study on influence of deuterated water on fluorescence and separation of several derivates of anthraquinone using capillary electrophoresis with laser induced fluorescent detection.
