Analysis of current methods of communication and design model of communication in the future
Abstract:
Tato práce je proto zaměřena na hledání a nastavení nových efektivnějších způsobů komunikace, zejména pak komunikačních procesů B2B. Bylo navrženo hned několik zásadních změn a postupů, které povedou k nastavení nových komunikačních možností. Jsou popsány navržené postupy pro obchodní vztahy naší firmy jak směrem k distribuční síti, tak směrem k výrobci vozů Škoda, firmě Škoda-Auto.
Abstract:
In this Diploma work were suggested and set up new, more effective methods of communication. I focused on the B2B communication processes. Was proposed several major changes and processes that will lead to setting up new communication possibilities. Describe proposed procedures for our company business relations both to the distribution network, and towards the manufacturer Skoda, Skoda-Auto.
